Gujarathi Dal and Subji Masala

This masala was in my "to do" list to make since long. I came across this  full recipe in my old diary ( hand written). It pertains to March 2011. No smart phones then. The list of  ingredients  had methi kuria and rai kuria among other items. I could finally get them recently after lot of search in super markets here.

Assembled the ingredients and prepared this today. Since this, can be stored for long it requires to be kept in Sunlight for 2 hrs for 2 days. I couldn't wait to make use of it. Made Dal and used a teaspoon of it.
